Kate Fistric is a novelist and blogger.
Her first published novel, a satire on Western philanthropy is available now. The Alms Race is a coming-of-age story intended as a challenge to traditional ‘white saviour’ narratives, demonstrating how intractable and hypocritical Western involvement in the developing world has become.
Kate is currently putting the finishing touches to her second novel, the first in a trilogy, which will be published in the spring of 2022. Typeset follows the exploits of Laura Jenkins, a rookie journalist with an inconvenient interest in telling the truth.
Originally from the UK, Kate currently lives in Frankfurt, Germany with her little family.
